Intermediate Instrumental Programme
Tue. August 5th to Sat. August 16th
(2 weeks, 9.00am to 4.30pm, followed by student concert):
All instruments, ages 8 to 13, performance levels Grades
2 to 5, or equivalent.
Course Content:
- Classes, rehearsals, lessons and student concerts. Students will be prepared for the performance of repertoire appropriate to their individual level of achievement.
- Technique and Repertoire Classes
- Lessons
- Ensembles (orchestra, string, brass, woodwind, percussion, jazz, choir)
- Piano Accompanying.
Note: These guides are approximate. For placement purposes only, teachers may request to hear a short example of the student's current performance level (student's choice of repertoire). Appropriate placement in classes & ensembles is at the discretion of the teacher.
